Monday – Banana & date loaf cake

This is a tasty loaf cake that is packed with vitamins and minerals. It’s so good that this loaf doesn’t last long in our house; it gone as soon as its out of the oven and cool enough to handle!!

Tuesday – Carrot cake

This carrot cake is packed with flavour as its lightly spiced in order to enhance the flavour of the carrots.

Wednesday – Fruity parfait

This is our take on the French frozen desert. Its not frozen and it doesn’t contain any sugar or dairy. Its packed with nutrients and offers a tasty end to a tasty meal.

Thursday – Fresh fruit salad

Bursting with flavour, vitamins and minerals this is a refreshing fruity treat!!

Friday – Coffee and walnut cake

This cake has a coffee flavour but is made with a caffeine free coffee alternative.

Although our Coffee & Walnut cake does not contain coffee, it’s packed with the flavour of coffee and is a fantastic cake!!

Saturday – Lemon drizzle pudding

This is a zesty and zingy lemony delight! We love this light pudding that is simply oozing with flavour.

Sunday – Fruit crumble

Seasonal and gluten free fruit crumble served with fresh custard.
